This offer ("Offer") is being run by Bestseller Retail Pvt Ltd ("Brand") and on Myntra Mobile App ("Platform"),
By participating in this Offer, user ("You", "Your", "Customer" or "Participant") agree to be bound by the following:
the Offer terms and conditions below ("T&C");
the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform including any modifications, alterations or updates that Myntra and/or the participating brand/s makes.; and
all applicable terms and conditions of the Seller Brand
OFFER DETAILS
The Offer will commence at 00:00 hrs on 29th December 2022 and end at 23:59 hrs on 30th December 2022. ("Offer Period").
To participate in the Offer You must do/ fulfil the following:
Age must be 18 years or above; and
Must have a valid account on the Platform, log into the same and shop during the Offer Period.
In terms of this Offer, the top spenders ("Winners") with the highest amount of purchase (net of cancellations/refunds/discounts/cashbacks etc.) \from the Eligible Products on the Platform will win for himself/herself the below-mentioned rewards("Prize");
Top two (2) spenders of the Eligible Products during the Offer Period get a chance to win a iPhone 14 with a minimum realized shopping value of Rs. 40,000/-.
The winners will be announced post forty-five (45) days of sale on actual realized value and will be informed on their Myntra registered email ID. The Prize will be distributed to the Winner within thirty (30) days from the announcement of the results through either registered email ID or phone number ("Redemption Period").
You further agree to receive communications from us with regard to your participation in the Offer. Any information collected from You as part of the Offer shall be subject to Myntra's Privacy Policy.
Myntra may use your personal details like Name, email ID & Phone number to announce Winners on the Platform. Details such as contact and address details shall be shared with the Brand for shipping the offer gifts.
7. You acknowledge and confirm that you are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Myntra or the Brand shall not be responsible in any manner.
8. In the event if any Winner cancels the order for the Products placed during the Offer, he/she shall not be eligible for the Prize.
